I won the 2013 Scholastic Art show award for my photography, Being the successful designer of the Milwaukee highschool of the Arts Mural that can be seen today, Volunteering with True Skool and Artist Working in education eventually, teaching there as well, Being a creative is what drove my child-hood.
I was lead to graduating from Milwaukee Highschool of the Arts in 2013 with honors and murals throughout the school, and immediately going into Artist working in Education doing 2 separate internships helping students in the classroom successfully have an impactful artistic experience. Then, Stepping away from internships went to Milwaukee institute of Art and Design with a 44,000 dollar scholarship there was nothing stopping me.
In 2016 however, I took the year off to become a Public Ally, were I was a PBL administrative assistant at Escuela Verde. Being around students again, I took the lesson plans that I learned at A.W.E , True Skool and now MIAD and started up my own personalized Art Class so students can earn class credits with the lessons I created. I am well versed with community and driving the artistic experience.
